Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the Hushcolor app ("Hushcolor", "we"), provided by the developer named on its Google Play and App Store pages. By using the app you agree to them. If you downloaded it from the App Store, Apple's standard licence agreement also applies; if these terms conflict with it, Apple's agreement wins for App Store users.
Using the app
We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use Hushcolor for your own enjoyment. The pictures, artwork, music and software belong to us or our licensors. Pictures you color and save are yours to keep and share for personal, non-commercial use; please do not sell them or present the original artwork as your own.
VIP subscription
- VIP gives unlimited hints, no ads, hint zoom and access to rare pictures, while it is active.
- It is offered weekly, monthly or yearly at the price shown in the app before you buy. Payment is taken by Google Play or the App Store when you confirm.
- VIP renews automatically at the same price and period until you cancel. It renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal is charged within 24 hours before that period ends.
- Cancel in your store account's subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; VIP stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
Remove Ads
Remove Ads is a one-time purchase that removes banner ads and ads between pictures for as long as the app is offered. The optional "watch an ad for a hint" video stays available if you want it. Remove Ads does not include unlimited hints.
Restores and refunds
Purchases are tied to the Google or Apple account you bought with; use Settings → Restore purchases after reinstalling or on a new phone. Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple under their policies, which we cannot override. A refunded or revoked purchase stops working.
Hints and rare pictures
Hints and access to pictures are features of the app, not money or property. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may change as the app evolves. We will not take away a picture you have already started.
Ads
The free version shows ads from third parties. We are not responsible for what advertisers offer, and anything you buy from an advertiser is between you and them.
Changes and availability
We may update the app, add or remove pictures and features, or stop offering it. If we change these terms, the new version will be posted here with a new date; continuing to use the app means you accept it.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we do not promise it will be error-free or always available, and we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
