Privacy Policy

This policy explains what the Hushcolor app ("Hushcolor", "we") does with information when you use it on Android or iPhone. Hushcolor is provided by the developer named on its Google Play and App Store pages. Questions: support@hushcolor.app.
The short version
- There are no accounts. We never ask for your name, email, birthday or age.
- Your pictures, progress and settings stay on your phone.
- Purchases go through Google Play or the App Store; we see an anonymous purchase record, never your payment details.
- Free players see ads. Ad companies receive device and usage information as described below, and you choose whether ads may be personalised where the law requires a choice.
- We do not sell your personal information and the app has no analytics of its own.
Information that stays on your phone
Your coloring progress, finished pictures, hint balance, settings and choices (such as accepting this policy) are stored on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes them. When you choose Save, a picture or time-lapse video is written to your photo gallery; when you choose Share, it is handed to the app you pick. We do not receive either.
Downloading pictures
New pictures are downloaded from our content server, delivered through Cloudflare's network. Like any web server, it receives your device's IP address and basic request details in order to deliver the files. We do not use these to identify you.
Purchases
VIP subscriptions and Remove Ads are sold by Google Play or the App Store, which handle payment. We use RevenueCat to check purchases and remember which ones you own. RevenueCat receives the store's purchase record and a random app user ID that is not linked to your name or email. This lets purchases be restored after a reinstall. We have turned off RevenueCat's collection of device identifiers. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
Advertising
Players without VIP or Remove Ads see ads: a banner, an ad between pictures, and an optional video that earns a hint. Ads are delivered through Unity LevelPlay from the networks Unity Ads and Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, these companies may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, and how you interact with ads.
- Your choice: in the European Economic Area, the UK, Switzerland and US states with privacy laws, the app shows Google's consent form before any ad is requested. You can change your answer at any time in Settings → Privacy choices.
- Advertising ID: you can reset it or turn off personalised ads in your phone's settings.
- Buying VIP removes every ad; Remove Ads removes banners and ads between pictures.

Age
The app never asks your age. Where your phone offers it, the app reads only an age range from Google Play Age Signals or Apple's Declared Age Range. If that range is under 18, or no range is available, the app treats you as possibly a child: ads are limited to non-personalised, child-appropriate formats or not shown, and a grown-up check appears before purchases and subscription links. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
How long information is kept
On-device information stays until you delete the app. RevenueCat keeps purchase records for as long as needed to provide restores and meet store and tax rules. Ad companies keep data under their own policies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information, or to object to its use. Because we do not hold your name or email, the simplest route is to email us from the store account you bought with, or send your purchase receipt, and we will find and delete the matching purchase record. For ad data, use the consent options above or contact the ad companies directly.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date. Significant changes will also be shown in the app.
